Shipping policy

We always strive to deliver your products as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here you will find everything you need to know about how we handle your orders.

1. Handling time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping costs & Delivery times

We offer the following shipping options internationall:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Unclaimed packages

Packages are normally held by the agent for 7-14 days. If a package is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover our administrative costs and return shipping.

6. Damage during transport

If your item is damaged when you receive it, we ask you to document the damage (take pictures) and contact our customer service at info@psvdesign.se within 48 hours of receipt.
